Mahima is a warm and compassionate therapist who believes that therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through without fear of judgment.

She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and her goal is to make that first step feel a little easier. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and over seven years of experience working in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Mahima has had the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have taught her the importance of looking beyond behaviours or symptoms and taking the time to understand the person and the experiences underneath them.

Mahima takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and draws from approaches including CBT, DBT, Adlerian, and mindfulness-based therapies. Rather than believing there is one “right” way to do therapy, she works with each client to find an approach that feels meaningful and comfortable for them. She wants clients to feel that therapy is a conversation they are actively part of, rather than a place where they are simply given advice or solutions.

Mahima supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, self-criticism, relationship and family concerns, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and questions around identity and purpose. She also works with couples who are looking to better understand one another, communicate more openly, and navigate challenges in their relationship.

She brings curiosity and compassion into her work and encourages clients to approach themselves with the same kindness they would offer someone they care about. Mahima believes that meaningful change often begins with feeling truly understood, and she is honoured to walk alongside her clients as they work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection.

Mahima provides virtual and in-person therapy and welcomes the opportunity to support you wherever you may be in your journey.

Rashin provides individual and couples psychotherapy and brings five years of clinical experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), supporting children, youth, and families.

Rashin takes a warm, collaborative, and person-centred approach to therapy. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling understood and having the space to explore experiences without judgment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Rashin works collaboratively with clients to understand the patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to their current concerns.

Her approach is integrative and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, parts work, experiential approaches, emotion regulation strategies, and attachment- and relationship-informed perspectives. Depending on each client’s needs and preferences, sessions may involve developing practical coping strategies, exploring recurring emotional or relational patterns, making sense of different parts of the self, or developing new ways of relating to difficult thoughts and emotions.

Rashin has experience supporting clients with a range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, difficulties with emotional regulation, self-esteem and identity concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Her background working with neurodivergent children, youth, and families also informs her commitment to providing neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and non-pathologizing care.

At the centre of Rashin’s work is the therapeutic relationship. She brings curiosity, empathy, warmth, and attention to each session and encourages clients to move at a pace that feels manageable to them. Her goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize their strengths and patterns, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in their lives.

Rashin offers both in-person and virtual psychotherapy for individuals and couples.

Kristen is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who provides individual and couples psychotherapy. She works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, trauma, rejection sensitivity, stress, grief, shame, loneliness, self-esteem concerns, and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals who feel deeply, tend to overthink their experiences, or find themselves repeating emotional and relational patterns that can be difficult to understand or change.

Kristen recognizes that emotional pain does not always come from experiences that are easily named or recognized by others. She supports clients through more traditional experiences of grief and loss, as well as less recognized forms of grief—such as the loss of an imagined future, relationship, opportunity, identity, sense of belonging, or hope for how life was expected to unfold. Her work helps clients make sense of these experiences while developing greater compassion and understanding toward themselves.

Kristen takes a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported without judgment. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, she works alongside clients to explore the emotional, relational, and attachment patterns that may be contributing to their current struggles.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from attachment-based, relational, psychodynamic, emotion-focused, somatic, compassion-focused, and trauma-focused perspectives. Depending on each client’s needs, therapy may involve exploring past experiences and relationships, identifying recurring patterns, strengthening emotional awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating new ways of relating to oneself and others.

Kristen believes therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand not only what you are experiencing, but where those experiences may come from. She works collaboratively with clients to foster greater self-awareness, emotional connection, and meaningful change while helping them move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

Above all, Kristen strives to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and respect. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and aims to provide a space where clients do not have to navigate difficult experiences alone.

Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

Nicole Lerman is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with children ages 6+, teens, adults, and families. She offers a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where clients can better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, build confidence, and develop skills they can use in everyday life.

Nicole supports clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulties with emotional regulation, low self-esteem, social confidence concerns, school-related challenges, life transitions, and family or parenting concerns. She also has experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people, as well as their parents, across clinical, home, and school settings.

When working with children and teens, Nicole recognizes that behaviour often communicates something happening beneath the surface. She works collaboratively with young people and their families to better understand emotions, strengthen coping and regulation skills, navigate social and school challenges, and build on each child’s individual strengths.

With adults, Nicole provides a non-judgmental space to explore anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, emotional patterns, and life transitions. Her approach balances deeper reflection with practical strategies, allowing therapy to be both insightful and applicable to everyday life.

Nicole’s integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches. Sessions are tailored to each client’s age, needs, personality, and goals and may include emotion-regulation strategies, coping tools, reflection, skill-building, and collaborative problem-solving.

Nicole believes therapy does not have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, understood in their experiences, and supported as they work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work with adults navigating life stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and understand that no two people arrive in therapy with the same story or the same path forward. Having worked across community mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, and psychotherapy since 2009, I have learned that lasting change rarely comes from trying harder or thinking more. It comes from developing new ways of responding to yourself, your emotions, and the situations that keep you feeling stuck. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, together we will work to increase psychological flexibility, strengthen emotional awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values. My role is to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters most to you, learn tools and create the flexibility to move toward the life you want to live. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and supported in creating meaningful change.
