Katelyn Matias is the owner and Clinical Director of Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy. She is a trauma-informed and relational therapist who works through an attachment-based lens, recognizing how early experiences, relational injuries, and nervous system responses shape current patterns of behaviour, emotion, and connection.

Katelyn supports individuals and couples navigating anxiety, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, infidelity, emotional distress, relational conflict, self-esteem, identity concerns, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. She also has a special interest in supporting women experiencing fertility challenges, postpartum depression, and major life transitions.

Her clinical approach is grounded in creating a safe, structured, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can explore their experiences with clarity, insight, and purpose. Katelyn develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, values, and presenting concerns, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and meaningful, measurable change.

She integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and person-centred approaches. In couples therapy, Katelyn focuses on identifying and de-escalating negative interaction cycles, strengthening emotional safety, improving communication, and fostering secure attachment and connection.

Through a collaborative therapeutic process, Katelyn helps clients deepen self-awareness, process past experiences and trauma, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build healthier, more fulfilling relational patterns.

Daniella is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers warm, collaborative therapy for adults and couples across Ontario. She supports clients navigating stress, anxiety, life and identity transitions, relationships, neurodivergence, and the demands of high-pressure environments.

Her work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and genuine care. She strives to create a space where you don’t have to filter yourself or have it all figured out: a place where you can show up fully as yourself, explore what’s feeling heavy, and move toward what feels meaningful at your own pace.

Drawing from a strengths-based lens, Daniella’s work uncovers what’s already working, and building from there. Her hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more connected to yourself, a little more understood, and knowing you don’t have to carry it all alone.
